Photoshoot: Mai Otome

Hi guys. :D

Soo~ last week, me, Lea and Hopy was on a shoot.
Lea and Hopy was suppose to go on a shoot only them, but they stopped by to say hi, and to get ready (the shoot was in the city I lived in) and they convinced me to join them...... Convincing is a very strong word btw... They ask, and I didn't think twice before saying yes. XD


The wind was really strong so our wigs, amour and... yeah... us.... was almost blown away XD
But I'm amazed how many awesome pictures Hopy got of us, despise the wind, the sun was annoying and the fact that her camera lens was broken so she had to use a standard lens... And she is not a big fan of that lens.. But then it's good that she is such an amazing photographer! :D
A good proof that it takes more than just a good camera to take good pictures! ;D


Anyways:
I'm still waiting for the Hakuouki and ElfQuest photoshoot to be edited, but poor Silas has been very VERY busy with shoots this vacation, so I'm not planing on asking for the pictures before he has the time. <3 p="p">So you guys just have to be patience! ;D

We had about 52 usable pictures from this shoot, so I wont upload all of them here. XD

PHOTOSHOOTS COMING UP!

HI GUYS!

Sooo~ I'm in the middel of moving, making a lot of cosplays, convention this weekend and saying goodbye to me dear friends how will be leaving for Japan soon! (God I miss you guys so much already! T__T)
So of cause I got time for two photoshoots! 8D Who doesn't?!

This week is the most active cosplay-week I think that I'll ever get! :D

Hakuouki Shinzugumi Kitan  together with my awesome Sweetypie Hopy as Hesouke and me as Souji! (Seriously, she looks so AWESOME as Hesouke! I'm so lucky to have her as my partner! ;W;)

and a new ElfQuest photoshoot (Yeah I know, I'm spaming you guys) together with most of my fabulous Elfquest groupe! :DD GOD I CAN'T WAIT!!!

ANYWAYS:

Last weekend me and my lovely Skywise when on a photoshoot.
It was the very first time we've ever taken pictures together like this, and my very first time working with Silas, who is our AWESOME/FANTASTIC/GENIUS photographer!

I'm very pleased with the pictures and I can't wait for a bigger shoot in August where we will be a bigger group of ElfQuest cosplayers. :3 wuup wuup!

Other than this shoot, my awesome partner is now working on a small video from the shoot, and I'm looking very much forward to see her work! :D I'll link it up when it's done!

The lights and skin is edited by Silas, and the finger-removings and stuff is edited by me (with some help from awesome/fantastic/genius Ali Jehad <3) 

I also wants to thank our little "slave"/helper, Louise, who did a great job on the filming, driving, carry our stuff, helping Silas and being around spreading good mood! :D

Yesterday we was uploaded on the official ElfQuest Facebook site, and I just wanted to tell you guys, and it means the world to us that you guys like what we do! We are both huge huge huge ElfQuest fans and been reading the comics since we where little girls and that is the reason why these cosplays means so much to us.
Reading all the sweet comments you guys gave us so far have been going straight to our hearts, and we are so happy to share the love of this comic the way we do it!!
I'm sorry it's so weird written but I honestly don't know how to describe how happy I am!
Thanks to Richard and Wendy Pini for making this wonderful wonderful comic! I know that so many people agree with me when I say that your comic lies deep deep in our hearts!   <3

New photoshoot coming up soon and new cosplay plans

Hi guys! :D

Very short, I just wanted to share with you guys what I'm currently up to. :)

This weekend, me and lovely Lavi is planning on a shoot as Cutter and Skywise and OH GOD I'm looking so much forward to it! ;W;b
So keep an eye out for the pictures! :D I'll upload them as soon as they are ready! :D

OTHER THAN THAT:

I've made some new plans for Genki.. I wont change the other plans that I'm having, so I'll change cosplay sometime during Saturday. :)

I'm planning on Souji from Hakuouki Shinsengumi kitan. ;w; I fell so much in love with this serie from the START, and when my lovely Hopy said she was planning on cosplaying as Hesuke, I just HAD to join her! :D
I'll make Soujis "English" outfit because I somehow really like the design! It wount be like 100% true to the original design since I'm kinda poor right now, so I have to find some hobo solutions! 8D BUT I'll do my best to make it look good! :D

That was about it for now.. More WIP will be uploaded soon, and ofcause the ElfQuest photoshoot as well. :D

Desu-con - Pictures and videos

Sooo~ Last weekend me and some awesome friends took at trip to Norway for a convention called Desu-con. I LOOOVE that convention, I don't even!!
The people are nice, the cosplayers are great, the staff is more than awesome (and NEVER far away from a smile) and my roomies was the best! <3

And ofcause there was Star Wars EVERYWHERE!!!... *w* My kind of convention!!!

I managed to finish my Lebreau in the last second, so I'm not super exited about that cosplay. But it was awesome to try some other kinds of cosplays than what I'm use to. 

Anyways, I wont write to much, but I'll load some pictures up from the con plus a short con-video that I filmed and edited.. (first con-video, so don't expect the wildest con-video en the world! ;D).

HELP ME CHOOSE and some playing with make up

Hi guys...

I'm in a lot of doubt, and I thought that you perhaps could help me out. :D
I'm planning a Paradise Kiss cosplay together with my lovely Hopy as Caroline for Genki in August, but I'm in such a doubt WHO I want to cosplay!

 George VS Isabella

Isabella:

 I really like Isabella! I think she is such a darling!! I'll choose a simple outfit for her. Most properly her white shirt, long black skirt and big hat.. 

My problem with Isabella is, that Isabella is a DRAG QUEEN..... I would really really hate to cosplay as her looking like a girl with too much makeup, and I think that I most likely would look like that. :(

I feel like a girl with too much makeup... :S

But still.. She is so wonderful!!!

George:

It's no secret that George tense to be quite an asshole sometime! But I still like him a lot! :D

George is a bit feminine and that helps me out a great deal. :D I think it's easier for me to look manly than looking like a man with makeup... >__>; 

I've been thinking about my partner as well, and I think that it'll be a lot funnier to be Caroline and George than Caroline and Isabella... But then again.. George is a guy... XD And I'm getting a bit tired of coplaying as manly men.. XD

Speaking of manly men....

For some time now, I've been thinking about some pictures I wanted to take..
I'm a HUGE Darren Shan fan, and I sometimes wish a had a skinnier face, so then I could cosplay as my beloved Mr. Crepsley.. But I don't think I have the face for that..
So I wanted to try something where my face wasn't so much in focus like what I did tonight. :D

Charming, I know. :D

I hope you liked it. :) It was a VERY fast shoot with almost no light and a super fast makeup... I tense to do this kinda stuff AFTER the sun goes down.... I never learn! XD
(BTW.. The things on my fingers is suppose to be scares. :) In "The legend of Darren Shan" you get blooded by mixing blood from a vampire through your fingertips. That leaves scares and it's something every vampires has.)
